Pembroke Welsh Corgi Application
Our goal is to find the perfect home for each of our puppies. There is no right or wrong to these questions, this is to help us get a better idea of you and which puppy might be right for you. All of our puppies have been socialized with children, and other dogs.
The Father and Mother have both had Hip Dysphasia and eyes checked and cleared through CERF.

- Have you ever owned a Corgi before? Yes or No
- Have you done research on the Pembroke Welsh Corgi breed?
- What Pets have you owned in the last 5 Years? – Type / breed, Spayed/Neutered? Still with you? If not, why?
- Do you live in a house, condo, apartment, mobile home?
- Do you own? Rent? Live with Family?
- Do you have any young children?
- Are there any restrictions on pet ownership where you live?
- Do you have a fenced in yard?
- Do you have a pool / pond? If so will it be blocked off from puppy?
- Are you looking for an inside / outside dog?
- Are you willing to walk or exercise your Corgi at least 4 to 5 times per week?
- Are you willing to feed your Corgi a high quality pet food even if it costs more?
- Do you understand the veterinary expenses that come along with owning a dog? Year check-ups? Vaccinations, medications, teething cleaning, nail trimming?
- Are you willing to take responsibility for this dog for the rest of their natural life?
- If you cannot keep this dog for ANY reason do you agree to return it to us, and NEVER consider giving him/her up to a shelter?
- Do you understand that if you get a puppy from us it will not be available until at least 8 to 10 weeks old?
- Will you be using your Dog for Showing / Agility?
- Will you be planning on breeding your dog?
Depending on the age of the puppies at your inquiry, or depending on the length of term you request we hold a puppy, a non-refundable deposit may be asked for. References / Home visit may also be requested.
